If these are produced, I desire to own one immediately. Black Design Associates bring the form and function of both cameras to an matchmaker partnership between Leica and Apple with their concept design for the Leica i9, combining a "great smart phone with a great digital camera."
Plus, the camera construction pays tribute to the original, with a back that swings open like a 35 mm film compartment, revealing the iPhone dock, and true optical zoom, dedicated aperture and shutter dials. Beautiful.
